A couple of things here. First of all, just wondering if anyone knows the best brand of Grandfather Clock (Sligh, Ridgeway, Howard Miller, etc.)–if they’re all just the same, if you’re getting a used one.
Also, any opinions on the timing of the chiming? (Umm . . .) In other words, is it better to have them chime every 15 minutes or every half hour? Any advantages or disadvantages for either? We know we want one that shuts off at night.

I ahve thia jewelry.. the necklace is pearls and the earing are pearls with diamonds. The price tag says 719.11 and it says made in korea.
I cant figure out who made it to find out if this is real or not.
